Mini Vans, hands down. Most likely to be a left lane rider, not signaling turns or lane changes, cut corners, blow through stop signs, have a unique "talent" to ride my blind spot, to name a few. I trained my kids to never trust a Mini Van. I'm sure some of you have Mini Vans, and I have a Jeep with the big tires. But we're the exception and not the rule.

large cars, like lincoln towncars or caprices or crown victorias. they are either driven by old people who are going hella slow and disrupting the flow of traffic or they are on STUPID looking rims and being driven by a some douche that thinks it look cool and they drive overly aggressive or too slow. just in general i hate it when people drive slower than the flow of traffic. especially when it happens in both lanes so i can't pass. i was taught in driving school to go with the flow of traffic, not the speed limit, but towncars always wanna go 35 when they should be going 40-45 >:{ you gotta go 45 around here if you wanna catch green lights. |

I have this issue daily in California. Get on the highway (speed limit is 60) I keep it at 57 (ooh, a whole 3 miles under!) and people get right up on my ass, like an inch from my bumper. So...I prey to the flying spagetti monster in the sky that they have insurance and I tap the brakes hard enough to visibly buck the car. Boy do they move quick Its usually ricer Edited by aaronvincent, Feb 19 2013, 02:22 PM.

Where I am it is the Prius people, older Asian women in late model Lexus or Cadillac SUVs, and worst of all the 20-year-old buck private out-of-state military guys from Joint Base Lewis-McChord in their big dumb diesel trucks and late model Jeeps. If I had a dollar for every time I almost got hit in a traffic circle by some jackass in something like a 2009 GMC 2500 Duramax with big, dumb, janky chrome wheels, a 4" lift, Arkansas plates, and a JBLM parking pass on the windshield I would never need to work! |

Usually it is subarus-- lot of em up in my area. And guys in a hurry-- in a tricked out older car, gals that are not really in a hurry just not paying attention and on my bumper. The bigger rigs/SUVs seem to ride in my blind spot. Man it bugs me when other tail gate or continue in my blind spot--- either pass me or go behind. If I am holding anyone up I just pull over on long trips, on two lanes I try and go the speed limit so as not to hold up others, No one behind me and I slow down to 5 under. |

Careful about those Arkansas plates, you might be talking about one of my friends' step-son-in-laws second cousin twice removed. Don't wanna have to come up there, ya know.

Had the same experience with a Ford Bronco on high heels. My biggest issue seems to be the SUVs. Tailgaters all. Had one follow me for 5 miles, inches from my bumper, with three empty lanes to our left, Had the AUDACITY to call me the -SSHOLE when I exited the highway. |

I very rarely find a irrate woman driver. They usually are just tooling along, happy go lucky. My problems come from young to middle age men who are hotshot drivers. I am so sick of idiots riding my bumper at interstate speeds. They have no clue if something happens they cannot stop going 55 miles an hour on your bumper. If I live after one of them hits me because he was following me too close, its a call to that tv lawyer for sure. I am going to show no pity for these idiots. Makes no sense. The one thing I do when driving is stay away from other people. The interstate here has turned into the autobahn. You could go a hundred and some idiot would be pushing your bumper wanting you to go faster. Motorcycles are a problem as well. For some reason motorcycle riders lose all sense riding them things. They get so secure in their driving abilites of the motorcycle, the speed factor seems to get lost from their mind. I think its inherent to riding one. Just because those things can get up and go quickly does not mean its safe to drive them that way. It is inherent to them just like a power trip is inherent to the policeman. Its just who he is by nature and does not see things for the way it really should be. Both should step back and really consider things. Slow the motorcycles down and protect and serve. Not conquer and rule. |
