I have a 1994 Geo Metro with a 1.0 3cyl engine with 5 speed manual. I was wanting to know if an engine out of a sprint 1.0 3cyl would bolt up without modification to the car engine or transaxle.

Chevy Sprint? No.

Suzuki Sprint? Yes. The long block will fit. Use the intake manifold, throttle body, and distributor from your '94.
