Maybe I'm an idiot or something but I took my isc apart, cleaned it all looks good, re install still won't idle right, so I wonder if I have it hooked up right. The hood diagram confuses me because it spears to be upside down. Posted Image

Also try swapping hoses, top to bottom.

start the engine, use a pair of mechanics stethoscopes, when you rev the engine you can hear them "click" when they open up.
