Car has been working fine untill the start of spring break (about a week). Long story short the car doesnt start right away. The only way to start the car is by chance, turning the key and keeping it turned and wish for the best. and by luck if it does start it has low rpm and may turn off by itself. Dont know why this is happening... Things that have been replaced in the past and, works: battery, starter, spark plugs, all belts... mostly everything in the car is fine. Just dont know what the problem could be

You might not be getting enough fuel through the system, could be a clogged fuel filter or a clogged fuel line somewhere. I don't imagine it being an electrical issue because of your low RPM issue.
Is your timing correct? :hmm
When you do get it running does it sputter at all?

You can hear the fuel filter turn on with the car and the fuse is good. No sputters. It drives with no problems beside the rpms being low

Hmmm :hmm
It could be your timing i suppose, but then it should sputter at least a little, or misfire slightly.
There are a number of things it could be. Timing is a tooth off, PCV valve is clogged, fuel issues like clogged line or clogged injector. How long has it been since you've replaced your spark plug wires? Those could be brittle with age and cause that.
Im sure someone much more educated will chime in shortly :lol

For starters tighten up the positive wire going to your starter, it's easy to find the only one that has slide on connector, sometimes just squeeze it a a tad with pair pliers when you take it off helps, not to much or you won't get it back on. That would solve the turn the key and wait for it to turn starter over to get your car running with the other problems. Sounds like multiple problems.

Compression check will tell you alot about the shape of your engine. It is a basic
test to do when you are having starting issues.

You can try:

Clean all of your grounds with sandpaper or steel wool.
See if there is anything under the clutch pedal like the floor mat. It will prevent the pedal arm from depressing the switch. :smackface As you get frustrated and press harder on the clutch it starts! :banghead

Darken the room or at night try removing the air cleaner (with a clean filter :whistle ) and start the car. Look down the throat with a flash light and the spray cone should be a nice even cone. Turn off the car and the injector should not drip.

Then you might rent a compression checker for free at a parts store. Call around.
How To - Compression Check.
