Number 2 cyclinder low compression?; How to fix?

I did a compression check and got 160,130,160. Which 160 is just above the minimum, well the other cyclinder is a little low, so I put 8oz of Marvel mystery oil in the oil, and 8 ounces of sea foam in the gas tank, hoping maybe this will loosen up the rings and bring up compression for number 2 cylinder? It is probally a long shot but yeah it was worth a try, the engine is on the edge for a rebuild, but hey I figure I can still get another 30,000 miles out of it, It is not throwing any codes, and still runs rear smooth. What do you guys think? Thanks.

Seaform and MMO are part of the "Litany of Denial".

30,000 miles? :'( Maybe. Some factor of 3 for sure. 3 days, 3 weeks, 3 months . . . etc.

Plan your engine replacement early. Kinda like pre-arranging your funeral, only different.

I think you can get another 5,000 to 10,000. 30k is definitely pushing it.
