I could be trusted with it, but no longer have the ambition for it. Ten years older and a much more tiring job, just come home and collapse anymore.

Well I totally went through the car and read the check engine codes. I will be parking the Magnum until I make the repairs that will have to wait until after Florida's Geos on the Gulf.

Both front axle shafts need replaced.
Both rear control arm bushings are shot.
Cylinder #3 missfire (low compression).

Looks like my very first 4 cylinder rebuild will be taking place sometime this summer :thumb

I got 2 new axle shafts, a left front caliper, and the Chevy dealer was able to get my rear control arm bushings, so I should be parking the 92 and driving this car next week.

Those are some really nice rims! Even with the colors being mismatched at the moment it's still a really nice looking car.

I just got done replacing the axle shafts and having a shop align the car for me. It rides like a dream now. A couple new tires and I should be set. Still need to get that red fender off PA Metro :deal

I painted the blue hood semi-gloss black also. I'll get pics up soon.

Fresh Fish...mmmm....tasty!

How does that Supertrapp sound? In the early '70s, I put a small Supertrapp on an Austin-Healy Bug-eyed Sprite with a 1275 cc motor. It sounded really nice--if a bit loud. I have wondered how it works on a three cylinder.

The original 948 cc motor just didn't cut it. I had to upgrade.
