I just got my block back from the machine shop and I Have a couple of hollow spacers that came with it, do these go on the engine? And if so where do they go? Or were they just put in there by mistake? I am thinking they go between the block and tranny? Thanks.

Those look like the dowel pins that go in the corners of the head - so the head will fit perfectly on the block.

Put them here if you have none in the head or the block for these locations. If you do have two in the head or engine block for these locations then yes they may be for the engine to transmission connection.

Yes. Even the starter has a couple. Just look for the holes the size of the dowels and drive them in.
