Some progress woowhoo!!
got pump, regulator membrane, injector, lines fuel filter,
after having more running issues that seam to get worse I cleaned out the egr system everything cleaned...
Scrubbed out the intake manifold passages with a brush and carb cleaner while on motor
didn't crank for a bit but most likely weak battery and was flooded.
let it sit for a few hours with battery on a charger and
it fired up!
let it warm up and seams to idle ok took it for a spin around the block and 2 miles out of town
only problems I seam to be having is squeal on a new gatorback belt (figure it stretched and needs tighten) and a bouncing rev from 1500 to 2k when coming from moving to idle after a little bit it calms down.
Well see how it acts in the morning!
sorry didn't get pics of the drive maybe the morning run! :rocker

Thank you! :) I'm learning alot but it's been pretty stressful with these pop up issues and the electronic idle stuff.
After around 2400 into it I would really like just to be able to drive it.
these are pretty fun cars to drive.

So some progress the fuel gauge now reads full when I filled the tank.
I'm sure it's from cleaning the sender like crazy also I taped the solder contacts on the sender with an iron and some fresh solder to make sure.
Idle is still junk
looking at this
http://geometroforum.com/topic/3622606/1/

still confused I guess not sure how to deal with the plunger been tilting the tps to draw the plunger back
disconnect the isc then tilt tps to sead volts then reconnect isc

well at lease the fuel gauge is working
maybe I should head to the pull n pay and grab a TB with everything un messed with
not just the idle stop screw.

sorry for the slow posts lack of money and focusing on selling the subaru..
the geo is tesing pretty well getting 47mpg, maybe running ritch though alittle black speckles I think are soot and condisation on the back hatch,
rattling from the back when turning I belive to be sway bar joints gotta look..

on a funny note this whole thing has gotten people I know to start taking big interist in these metros.
and an increse of customers tool sales reps and others with them has been showing up at my buddy's shop
funny when you get a car they start showing up everywhere ^o)
