OK Update time! :rocker

rear right stabilizer link done waiting on one for the left
brakes done (need to flush lines sorry no pics) used centech posiquiet ceramics and BG greese man there nice!
Swapped out seats with kia rio seats!
and just put in intermittent wiper switch from a suzuki esteem (thanks Mythstae and 2000Firefly1.3L for the writeups and advice!)

the kia seats I got at a pull n pay for $60 total for both there premo and had seat covers on them!

Posted Image

the stock seats had the two from brackets bent down and the two hole piece on the side
Posted Image

I had to pin the seat down with one matching hole ad beat the tar out of the front mounts with a hand maul to fit bolts in,
the rear mount i could drill and bolt but the seat sits tight with 3 bolts also that one mount sits alittle high tilting the seat alittle to the door
Posted Image

I had to swap the seatbelt deals out to use stock seat belts doing a little cutting on the plastics and using the longer bolts for the rio seats

Posted Image

i lost about 2 inches of leg room but i still fit ok, mod for the rails may come later..
got adjustments lumbar support and an arm rest!
and my right cheek and knees don't hurt anymore! :thumb

Not thinking i took i80 most of the way man that was rough 35+ mph headwinds tons of hills i was often lower gear 4k rpm 45mph and around 35mpg :stoner
catching a downhill i got this snapshot of sputters hitting 200000!
Posted Image

I swear i burned a ton of carbon and crap out of the motor because it's been feeling great ever since more peppy good mpg 52-53 avg

Perfect car to take for a trip :rocker nice pictures.

Weird to see 75mph and such a low RPM ha ha.

The metros handle head winds quite nice, low to the ground small profile they seem todo well.

Thank you thank you!
i80 was rough very rough I had just enough downhill to get up to 75 in 5th on that shot otherwise it was alot of 45 high revs trying not to get flattened :scared
I don't have anything to compare with, what is the avg rpm at 75 on these gen 3bangers?
287 on the way back was a real pleasure nice and easy going.

Got some 14" rims $115 :rocker
Posted Image

did a polish and clearcoat on headlights
Posted Image

and went with plastidip

Posted Image

Posted Image

navy blue plastidip looks nice easy to clean don't need to towel dry well see after the winter...
tires are the 185/65/14 version of the hankook h727 I had on my subaru I loved these quiet good rolling resistance great handling in all weather 100,000 mile tire well see for the Geo though fallow up after winter, speedo only reading around 2mph slow :)

the tires have been great sofar no rubbing great handing seams to eased steering much more quiet and good amount of roll down hills and light slopes and just more comfortable about twice that of cheeper 13"s but there longevity and performance made it a steal!

next i gotta find the trim strips on the roof and clean up the window ones
