ok so I got my defroster glass in and been cleaning that up but now I've been fixing breaks and weak spots..
so many spots...

so I can see most of the breaks and line up masking tape.

I found only one of these in the state because i didn't want the stupid one time packet. I'm wondering If I could have gotten away with conductive pens they use for pcb repair..
Posted Image

Didn't have a test light so I rigged one up using spare led turn lamp and some gator clip leeds

tape tape tape (i readjusted the top one) you can see the breaks pretty good I had to trace about 5 with the test light too

It's pretty effective not to much excess I'll gently razor blade the excess i have two weak spots i have to redo mostlikely should have scraped some of the over coating away to recoat for those ones..
my car is garaged and so I haven't tested it out yet but the test light shows major improvements

next on my bucket list
find a block heater pref oem
Install rear 12v outlet

I gotta tap oil pan holes i think i have 3 or 4 stripped holes and even with rtv I got a slight leak again.

High crazy idle is back trying to narrow it all down running my heater always kicks it up when coasting and it does it at times without it on.
The scarey part is it likes to accelerate when I'm off the gas sometimes I can cruse slowly picking up speed in 2nd.
That makes it freaky when there is snow out and I want to downshift... (anyone have insight on that please let me know)

find a block heater pref oem
If I recall correctly (from what I heard, from clarkdw and/or 3tech, I think), those were:
A. Rare
B. Most likely to be found in Canada
C. Kind of sucked

(This is not multiple choice :lol The correct answer is D. All of the above!)

When you turn on the lights or heater fan, the PCM sends an idle up signal to the Idle Speed Control motor. I think that's where your problem lies. I also think it's in the black box on the back of your throttle body.

sounds like whats up with the consistency of the tests could also be whats up with the occasional really cold coast rev up to
man I had my hands on a unmolested TB from a 95 swift (63k miles) thing looked new but I didn't have $40 so I had to leave it at the yard (they scrapped it)..
been kicking myself ever since :die
I have a couple of isc motors laying around from last winter and one tb not super clean but looks unmolested on the idle stop screw I may try swapping them out maybe I should rebuild that one too..
