any ideas on how to take that 2ish positive camber and turn it into 1-1.5 negative without losing any strength?

Oh, I guess I didn't address this directly... Slot the upper bolt hole on your struts. Simple :) The front is easy to adjust camber on that way.

I might do that at some point, since there are a few interested on here :)

The car isn't really that competitive due to lack of power, so I don't really lose anything by sharing details of what I've learned.

Murf, I'm using the 4.39(?) from the '95 3cyl hatchback (with the 3 cylinder engine).

I always thought you would be able to easily win P3 up here with a 98+ 1.3 car.
With a few mods, they're as fast as a GT (currently top car in P3), but handle better, and are much better built.

All the transmission gears? We might this next season, there wasn't enough power before to use 5th.

They can be removed. I did one for a Metro running at Bonneville in a mod class. I removed 1st, and R. I did another one with just 1/2 and R gear. Over at Teamswift there is a guy who is making poor man's posi's. There is a guy here from downunder who has access to square cut gears and different ratios outside of stock. I am pretty sure its Dattman.
