What is going on in the left of your picture? Looks... scraped...
you're probably referring to the pic from the underside of my block, cyl #3? yeah, looks like a rod was banging around in there at some point. If I ever do a rebuild, I'll get another block. One of the pistons has a piece of the skirt missing, too--one of the leading edge "tangs" is broken off.
