You guys have been great! Without you, I would be looking for a new car! I am rebuilding the engine in my 1994 Geo Metro 1 litre and it is taking a lot longer than I thought. We took the engine apart over a month ago. Due to some problems, it's reassembly has been delayed. Is that a printed step by step listing/document that details how to put the engine back together? I have a nice engine manual with specs and torque values but it does not really give you a step by step idea of how to do it. I figured that someone on this forum would have written up a step by step process of taking the engine apart (already done) and how to put it back together. Is there a downloadable document like this somewhere? Thanks! Kit

There are two areas on this site that may be helpful... The how to/guides section and the service manual section. You should check out buying a factory service manual!

I have a manual and it is useful but perhaps I don't know where to look in it for some things but it does not answer all my questions. Will have to check out the how to guide. My next project is to get the timing right on the engine.
