My idle has been high (~1100 RPM) for the last couple of days so I figured do a smoke test to find the leak. I confirmed that my IAC is working fine by unplugging the electrical connection and the idle goes down.

Based on my video above, smoke seems to be coming from the EGR valve area. I cleaned the EGR about 6 months ago and replaced the gasket.

I'm having a hard time pin pointing exactly where the leak is coming from since its difficult to have a good view due to the tight space.

What do you guys think? Do I have a bad EGRgasket or is the EGR itself is leaking? Or am I way off? I dont see any vacuum lines under there either.

hard to tell. too many things in the way. light moving and camera not reacting leaves too much fuzzy too long. If I had to guess I would guess the gasket, but because it seems like smoke is coming from two different areas it might be something else too.-- pull the EGR, clean, check gasket replace.

Replace the gasket BUT it should be pretty easy to use soapy water to pinpoint the leak once you have it narrowed down like that.
