The main long block will fit from a 2001 1.0 to a 93 1.0. intake and exhaust and distributor is different. swap the 93 intake, exhaust manifold and distributor and it should work.

The long block will. You will need to re-use the intake manifold, oil pump, and oil pump gasket. Also, the timing belt and water pump belts and pulleys will probably be different, but could easily be swapped.

There's no such thing as a 2001 three cylinder. At least, not according to the manufacturer.

You don't need to mess with the oil pump or take off the oil pan when putting the newer engine into the older chassis. Just use intake and distributor and use the newer alternator and pulleys with the extra rib belt that the newer ones used to help get away with the common belt squeal problem.

I think woodie is right. Never heard of a g10 in a 2001 model.
