Missing Vacuum Line?

Just getting into this '95/4cyl (new to me) engine bay a bit more and I noticed this:

I don't see any disconnected vacuum lines and the engine seems to run OK. Is this supposed to be connected to something??? :dunno

Is the other end connected to something? If not, dont worry about it. I've had several like that and I think it's because they changed the emissions often. You might even see a un used electical connection in that area.
