I hit a deer with my 94 geo metro, I'm fine and the friend I had in the car with me is fine, the deer however, is dead

The metro did get a little damage, but nothing serious, the hood has two dents and the right front turn signal assembly is shattered

I'm very glad it was nothing more serious

Strap it to your now dented hood for punishment. Take it home, cook, and eat. Pre-tenderized. Should be tasty as long as you didn't rupture the guts.

make some beef jerky out of him, he would have wanted to make others happy then just rot next to the road.

Much better than hauling a live one in the back. They tend to tear up the interior too much with their constant kicking. Lol Glad you guys are ok. I came around a curve Monday & had to lock up the brakes. Stopped 5 ft short of wacking one standing right in the middle of the road. Thought for sure the guy following me was gonna take me out. Scared the deer so bad that he fell all over himself trying to get away.

Glad you and your buddy are alright. And that the damage to your Metro was minimal.

It's funny that people call small cars like ours "death traps". And "One deer, and you're dead". Well.....smoke that from your pipe.
