crank positioning wire; missing wire

wire missing on the bottom of the crank, just a plug their, if i get new wire where does it plug up to on the other end

No such animal on a '95.
Sounds like you have a '96 and up OBD II motor in your '95. No problem, just let it be.

If your car is running It doesn't need a crank sensor. only used from 96 on. looks like someone put a newer motor in your car.
