I start my car, and let it run and after 30 seconds to a minute... The power coming from the engine drops. I know I'm going threw the whole timing issue, I think it is fixed? So, what do i do about the power loss from the car idling after so long? Thanks, Will |

you said two different things: power loss and lower idle. if its lower idle then maybe you have got the car warmed up and it is going from a cold idle to a warm idle. mine idles cold at about 1200 rpm--when it gets warm it drops to about 800 rpm when its warm and I run for a while and pull up to a stop light it drops fairly quickly to 1200 then over about 30 seconds goes on down to about 800 |

Ya, the idle gets lower, on cold stars and warm starts the same way. |

It seems like it drops so low that it may be causing a very, very, very, faint engine ping. but I dont know if it is the engine or the exhaust I'm hearing. As it does have a shake to it. |

I don't have an RPM gauge, is there any way to find out what the RPM's are and what it drops too? |

if you have an autozone or oreilys auto parts maybe they could check. MPguino--many have them as an addition to the dash. read here http://geometroforum.com/topic/5063715/1/ |

I looked into Orielys, they do not have a tool to test, no autozone around me however, so can not use them. |
