So I see some of y'all have added some soundproofing Techniques to y'all's geo. Anyone care to share there methods? Preferably cheap methods.

Not sure how much difference it actually made. I had planned on taking sound measurements but I only got the "before" readings. Just now noticed that I had not completed my webpage either. I guess I got tied up with another project back then...

Getting the before readings was the critical part. Easy to follow up now with after results.

Dynamat is nice, I used asphalt flashing because it's cheaper and I had it. I've never seen a spectral comparison. Some have had issues with asphalt sticking, I didn't.
I also stuffed composite carpet pad I had to fill all of the hollows behind the panels, although audio folks seem to think felt/fiber padding is better http://www.avsforum.com/t/853275/which-absorbs-the-most-sound; I didn't have any.
