I just got a tune up, new exhaust, new cats, oil change, seals, gaskets, and some other stuff as well. Before all of that never heard this noise when going into reverse. Does anybody know whats going on.....i think my clutch is fully engaging for some reason....again everything thing else is smooth and its only making that noise slightly?

You did not state what year or what engine, but if you had exhaust work done, check there first. It might be hitting the swaybar, floorboard, shifter, etc

The engine tilts forward under load in reverse pushing the exhaust backwards.

drive it back to the muffler shop with your receipt and they should adjust the muffler free.

If it is hitting yes it should be adjusted where the work was done. The noise your hearing is it not quite wanting to go into R. The clutch is not quite releasing enough. Its a square cut gear. So its where a tire clutch problem shows up.
