Hi Guys..... Well...the Cleveland winter we are having was just too much for my 98. Saturday I pulled out of my driveway and my left wheel went up into the wheel well and my right wheel went out and to the right. . I managed to get it back into my garage where it sets. All that was holding the front end together was the brace I made. Now the questions.... I have found a 92 metro and I was wondering if I can transfer my control arms and suspension from my 98 metro 2-door over to it. Both front and rear. Also, can I change the brakes and wheels over? I believe my front and rear sway bars should switch over as well. My engine and trans should fit. But I believe I have to use the 92 manifold. I think. Also it is an automatic and want to change it to a stick shift. I have my whole 98 metro and I believe the trans and shifter parts should fit as well. I know it is work but I don't mind that. Am I wasting my time??? I hope not because this car is from down south with solid frame horns. |

Everything should swap over to the older model. |

You're going to need different control arms, 98 is wider. Other than that, you should be good. |
