Im trying to rebuild a 95 geo 5 speed to which mike just redid the head( a good job of replacing valves might i add). However, as of recent I removed some electrical shenanigans the PO did. Such as a killswitch that drew in some juice but was bypassed. My question is, what are the stock groundpoints for the lights when I turn them on? the engine revs up and down several times before it normalizes at a stoplight. But Only when i switch them on. When the daytime running lights are on, the car idles just fine. Im assuming its a groundpoint to the rear lights or anything that has to do with the switch to on position. Im prideful of figuiring things out myself. But reached what I almost feel is a limit and want to restore to original condition before doing performance. I will post pictures of the wires I removed and how they were set up so hopefully the po sees and feels deep shame.I still wonder how the car kept running, so I decided to start a project thread, since its more work than I thought. (Get the pitchforks ready because its unbelieveable at points) Coming soon. I saved all wires to take pics. Any help or ideas I will appreciate. Beer made me post thid (lol) otherwise I would continue and try to figure it out. (For pride) |

Drop the fusebox out and on the back side, inspect the harness that comes from the harness for the headlamp/wiper switch. |
