I'm looking at the possibility of picking a Suzuki X90, the poor little unloved and ugly 4x4 2-seater convertible that never took off over here. Does anybody know if there is any interchange potential? Thinking of the brakes and hubs as one possibility, but I'd have to take them all as the wheels are 5-lug alloys. Thoughts, comments, etc.??

I'd love to have an x90. They look weird. That's the appeal. |

Sure, maybe unloved by all but a little more than 7,000 people in America, but not unloved by those who luved us some fugly. Cars. I almost bought a used one in '01, but wanted more room for camping equipment and bought a new Tracker instead. |

I like them, they look like what would happen if a 'vert and a tracker had a baby... |

So I had a Tracker, and now have a Vert, so does that mean the Suzuki Stork will drop one off in my driveway one night? Or how does that work, anyway? Do I have to have them both at the same time and leave them alone in the garage for a while with some Barry White playing.... I know it seems like your thread has been hijacked perfesser, but I know nothing about parts compatibility for the X90, but I had this idea about hybrid Suzuki/Geo stem cells that could be grown into any part you needed. |

I know this wasn't exactly your question but ... these parts would fit--- http://minneapolis.craigslist.org/hnp/pts/4369243436.html Oh -PS: I had to look up what an X90 even is. That is one whacked out freak show -- I like it. Edited by me2, Apr 17 2014, 11:23 PM.

Someone who used to come to the casino (I think they worked here maybe) drove one of these that had been decommissioned. All the Red Bull logos were removed and the can was gone but the mount for it remained.

It's got a really nice 16V G16, you could double your horsepower. If it's structurally sound I'd save it, it's quite rare. |

Yup - that's the one I was looking at. Just what I need, though, another project in the wings ...

there is almost zero parts compatibility between an x90 and a metro of any type. |

An X90 is built of Tracker/Sidekick parts. t3ragtop is right. Nothing will fit. Cool car though. Love to have one. If you want the 16 valve engine, get one from a Sidekick and save the X90 for someone else. TeamSwift has a 16 valve in a Metro thread or two. Or ten.
