I am driving my 1994 Geo Metro Hatchback from CDA, ID to Torrence Beach, CA... and back. I've already driven the Geo from Anchorage to Spokane and decided that my 6'6" body doesn't like the stock Metro Seat. Honestly I hate it and pad it with pillows. The seat has about 240,000 miles on it, in it's defense.... I'm looking for a comfortable seat that will fit in the Geo, I'm not afraid of modifying the rail system if necessary. Has anyone else already done this? Does anyone know any fantastically comfortable seats that would be a good fit for a Metro?

Suzuki Esteem seats are a direct bolt in with no modifications and are a VAST improvement to the stock seats. See my thread for some info; there are plenty of others touting the improvement of the Esteem seats, just look around! :thumb

Good bye

I am 6'7" and 280 I enjoy my Esteem seats with Metro runners. The Esteem runners are four door runners and the seats don't go back as far.

My car's a 96 and my seats came from, IIRC, a 98.
The only warning I have is to not try and put the back seat seat back (yes, you read that right :lol ) from a sedan in a hatchback.
It will not fit. The latch points do not line up.
The back seat seat bottom from a sedan would be ok though.

thanks for the heads up. i will not be using the rear seat as i am sacrificing the rear for an INSANELY HUGE stereo/sub system. if anyone needs a hatch back rear seat bottom and back i will have two sets for sale. good condition. i will be posting in the for sale section when i can get the pics ready.
