Yea, this Metro and I go way back to when I fell in love with her, brand new and pretty at the dealership. When I get around to it, I will give her the love that she deserves. |

I often plot doing a restoration on this one, but leaving the fuel hog 1.0 motor in it instead of a 3 phase AC induction motor. It is nice to have a regular commuter when I want to go more than 100 miles. I went pretty easy on that rattle can since I know that when this Metro gets her turn for some love that I will have to sand all the rattle can off. I will probably wait until this engine has had enough, and then get a Glenn engine in it while I do my thing to the rest of the car. |

jk
But you did get me to thinking of a carbon fiber stick-on roof and hood on a sun faded black Metro.
