Decided to take the interior and carpet out to try and find holes in the body and come to find both wells are completely rusted out. Like able to see the tire rusted out... It's a 99' Metro. It's my first car and I hate to see it in such disrepair. Not as good with my hands as I'd like to be otherwise I would have never let this happen.

Rear wheel well destruction is normal on "fat body" Metros. You can see my tires through mine as well. Keep the panels out, and take it to a good welder, and have the fender wells replaced. Doesn't have to be pretty, just functional. While you're in there, have your frame horns looked at/repaired, and your little car will serve you for many years to come.

Thanks for the advice. I'm just glad that there's others who have dealt with these problems.

I am currently facing the same issues as you, except not at the wheel wells (thank God) but the floor pan. My heart sunk but I immediately knew I wouldn't be letting the car go just that easily. I've already been in discussion with my local welder and we have a plan. :)
