Just watched the last half of Alexander (Alexander the Great) on HBO. Colin Farrell, Anjolina Jolie, Val Kilmer.

What a turd in a punch bowl. Lousy story line, lousy script, lousy filming, lousy acting, lousy everything.

0/10

The movie plants a seed that would allow a person who is normally a "conspiracy theorist" to realize their most awful considerations.

If a person considers the movie correct then it explains why and where Obama's thoughts and actions came from and are going to, which would include the direction of the economy, the attitude towards Muslim Extremists, the border situation, and the reduction of military strengths, among other items.

Personally I think its more accurate than I want to believe.

Sucker Punch - 6/10

I really enjoyed the action scenes. The rest was a little weird though.

METRO MAD MAN

i would suggest a couple of movies.
one is "the genius group"
two is " the vault"
these movies will really make you think.
the genius group is where a guy kidnaps alot of the important people and genius"s and makes them figure out a good way to save the world from ending in a bad situation.

the "vault" well when you see it you'll know, green is good and blue is bad, nuff said.
anybody seen these?
checkem out you'll likem.

I'm a little late on these movies (had to dust off the laserdisc player today):

The Bodyguard (1992) - Wasn't bad for that type of movie.

A Walk in the Clouds (1995) - Chick flick. Not bad.

OK, was going to check out these two movies but IMDB has no idea what "the genius group" is. Also, there are too many listing for "the vault". Who's in it?

I still have my old Pioneer laserdisc player, still works but you have to hold down the play button or it will error for some reason. Such a horribly useless technology :lol

Here's a few movies I think all people should watch at least once (or like 30 times if you're me). I likes my movies

The Big Lebowski
The Aviator
2001: A Space Odyssey
The Shining
Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas
Kill Bill Volume 1 and 2
Pulp Fiction
Easy Rider
Anchorman

Kill Bill Volume 1 and 2
Pulp Fiction
Easy Rider
Anchorman
2001
Kill Bill 1
Pulp Fiction

3 out of 10 make my cut. As far as the Big Lebowski, I tried to watch it but within the first 10 minutes the language was so foul I shook my head and turned it off.

Now, talk about a movie that will make you burn in Hades if you watch it, try to have some redeeming comments about Bad Santa with Billy Bob Thornton. That was truely a train wreck that you just cannot take your eyes off. 8/10 for laughs and 0/10 for a very bad santa character.

The Grand Budapest Hotel - Funny. Bill Murray makes it! - Leaves me wanting a Courtisan Au Chocolat - The director made a cooking video on how to make it on Youtube.
Just finished watching it. Was a pretty good flick!

Transformers 1: Good movie. 6/10. Worth the watch.
Transformers 2: Forgettable storyline. Characters are repetitive. 5/10. Watch if nothing else is on.
Transformers 3: Really getting old, main character is nothing but a side show hassle. 5/10. It's still transformers and you get Jet Fire. Combining like they did from Transformers Energon saved this movie.
Transformers 4: Freshened up a bit. You finally get some emotion out of the crew. Although, as usually, some of it is less than memorable. However, Galvatron makes an appearance and so do the DinoBots. 7/10. Best one yet for the use of traditional Transformers lore and lack of a wimpy main character.

I personally love transformers. But if you look past the flashy graphics, the movies kind of suck. I watch them purely to relive the cartoons from my childhood. I guess you could call it 'nerding out'.
