Well, finally got around to working on the car some more. Im having some issues finding a brake master cylinder that will clear the intake mani. Some Ghetto Engineering is sure to follow to get the brake master cylinder and the clutch master cylinder in there.

Today I completely redid the rear motor mount, to a much better design. Then I decided to tear apart the sheet metal above the fuel tank access door. I put a walbro 255 fuel pump in the holder, but the filter sock looked horrible and doesn't have the correct mounting diameter.

Hopefully tomorrow I can get back to work on things, I need to mount the fuel pressure regulator and attempt some more of the wiring.

Its not all fun, today sucked donkey nuts....

Today I went crazy with the cutoff wheel. The dash came out, heat and ac are gone for the time being, and there is a huge hole in the firewall! :) I didnt have 100% clearance with the manifold and decided to cut the firewall instead of shorten the runners on the intake. Started working on brake lines, need to order some soft lines and I should be able to get them buttoned up...

Always nice to see intake ports from inside the car!

Yeah, I have a long way to go still, but most of the hard stuff is out of the way. There is just a laundry list of small hurdles to tackle

Another tiny small update, brake lines are ran, master cylinder is mounted, and they are bled. Currently working on the clutch master cylinder, as I had to remove the pedal assembly and drill a new hole in the pedal lever, since the stock one is a pull type for the cable and the crv uses a hydrolic clutch. And that is about it!

Sp you have an induction noise inside the cabin? Air filter in the cabin also? Hmm keep it clean I guess. So much work man, and I thought just changing a flat was a lot of work...

Lol, no, the firewall will be boxed in once I get everything mounted and running, I just needed to get a little extra clearance for the intake. The filter and intake tubing will be in the "normal" location for a Honda.

Working on the clutch master cylinder. Had to drill new holes and change how it bolts to the pedal, but it should work out ok. Ill post pictures of the reservoirs and pedals when I get a chance to get them finished up. After that I can probably put the dash back in and reassemble the interior. I think I will try to make a new dash with new gauges soon too.

It's been a while since I updated. I finished the clutch line and have the interior partly back together. Also put on both manifolds, and ordered throttle body gasket and intake mani gasket. And that is about all... eventually pics will follow....

Here are some pictures from last week. My unborn baby boy is causing some issues so work has temporarily slowed at a pretty dramatic pace.

Here you can see the two clutch master cylinders acting as both the brake master and clutch master. The clutch master was from the crv, and it was a 12x1.25mm thread, almost impossible for me to find adaptations down to 10 mm as far as brake lines go, so what I found at a junk yard was what appears to be a dampener off of an old aura legend with the weird In line 5 transverse mounted fwd motor.... it happened to go from 12mm in to 10mm out, so that's what I used.

Thanks guys, she's moving slowly but surely. I had a lot of issues getting the fuel pump to work, but it's good to go now. Yesterday I decided to try my hand a making an axle. To get the car moving and running n/a, I will just use the one I made, and I will switch to getting new ones made professionally when I go boosted... I just cut the axles up, used the outer cv for a probe to match the spindles, and an inner cv from a crv, and I used 1" pipe (.125" wall thickness) to mate the two. I have heard this method doesn't work but figured I would try since it's basically free...
