headlight problem is right from factory e brake is to cancel Day time running lights if u have lights on and u hit e brake they should stay on and for your stereo you have immunization wire as acc instead of white with black i would trace wires from back of deck n see if they tied red with orange i believe with the red off your deck u can find wire diagram at this links

i'm guessing you have an aftermarket radio. i put mine in with a pig tail harness and i dont have the same problem as you per se' but my parking lights come on with the car now and if i turn on my lights, the radio comes on. i havnt gotten around to checking it yet but i would check the radio wiring. the headlights are supposed to go out when you engage the ebrake.

Your headlights aren't working, probably because of a burned connector where the wiring harness from the switch plugs into the fusebox. You're driving around on the DRL's and they're supposed to go off when you pull the E-brake on.

Your stereo is wired up incorrectly. The lighting is a switched 12V tied to the dash lights, someone has used that wire for either stereo power or stereo memory.
