Have a 92 Geo 2DR hatchback. Bad Drvrs DR glass. Believe 89-94 are the same? When got car yrs ago, the glass/track was bad. The seller had got a replacement glass with track and gear attached. Now yrs later, want to use it. Problem is, it is not the same glass or track, etc. the 92 glass had straight, like 90 Deg. corners. This glass had rounded corners, and numerous 1/2" holes in it for mounting hardware, etc. They are fairly close in size Could not find any part#'s on the glass or hardware. But the scrap yard had their yellow marker numbers on it. It was 5884622X. I tried some lookups on it, seen nothing related to car glass. It may have only been that junk yards coding scheme. If anyone out there has some knowledge of this glass, as to what it fits, let me know. I'm thinking with the holes and rounded corners, it was for a newer next Gen Metro, assume after 94. |

Just some info on repairing driver window would be helpful...mine just won't roll up straight near the top. I can then lift it in place while applying pressure to crank. Outside guide is shot...anyone know of parts supplier? |

I do know that the regulator from a convertible works on the hard top, but the window won't go all the way down, found out the hard way.. The jy is a good supplier if you can find the parts..

There is no JY Auto Parts on the Internet...as far as a catalog of merchandise goes. Phone number and address is all there is. |
