I would need the one that goes in the tank. I'm thinking because of supplies cost I would probably charge 50 for a set with the tac and 40 for the set without. Keep in mind these are cut out by hand with a razor blade so the cuts will not be perfect. The only cuts you see once fully installed is the holes for the odometer numbers. The rest are fully hidden behind the plastic. When you put these on you have to remove all of the needles. Best way to recalibrate them is to do this.: For the gas gauge, fill your tank, then stick the needle on pointing to F . For the tach, when you turn the key on engine off the poll resets to 0. So turn the key on, stick the needle on pointed at 0. For the temp gauge, just heat your engine up till its at normal operating temp and stick the needle on pointed at half way. The speedo is a little more complicated... The best way I could find to recalibrate it is to use a GPS, or if you have an android smart phone you can use the app navierhud. Either one of these will display your vehicle speed. Simply drive a steady speed (cruise control helps immensely) and then stick the needle on pointed at the proper number. The speedo may take a few tries to get working right but once you do its not too bad. Keep in mind that you should only do this if you are absolutely sure all of your gauges read properly. |

i am not going to draw a diagram but it is possible to cut the hole for the needles. you would only have to take off the screws and slide them over the needles and on top of the old gauges. no needle problems. other companies make them in this configuration, so can you

They would be way too thick to use in tandem with the stock gauges. The gauges are perfectly accurate still doing it the way I do. |

So I created a new set. This new set is a lot thinner, and much more appealing in appearance. I changed the finish to a textured laminate that makes the colors and blacks much more vibrant. Also switched out the spray adhesive to a double sided high strength adhesive that allows for better light diffusion. Also the accuracy of the backlight mask is improved. I will not make a set that will fit over the needles. Main reason is if I do that they will not light up properly. You won't be able to see anything light up that is added or moved because that portion of the original gauge doesn't light up. That being said, yes if you want to send me some gauges I would be happy to make you a set allmountain40 pm me for my address |
