has anyone ever taken a cruise control out of a 99 lsi and put it into a base model 2000 metro ? if so what's all involved in it and does it work ? |

It doesn't work because it doesn't exist. No Metro came from the factory with Cruise Control. It was NOT an option. (Of course there is one Metro you would be hard pressed to tell the difference. )Link--->"Factory" Cruise Control IF you see cruise control on a Metro it is an aftermarket unit. If you find out what type of system, I sure you could find the installation instructions and install it in any car you wish. With some pics and model numbers, we'd be happy to help you figure it out.
