I've been all over the place with the timing, Thats the first thing that came to mind. I've tried one tooth each way, just in case the milled head had anything to do with it, and of course I've retarded the ignition. I know this sounds like an impossibility, but the PO put over-sized tires on this. Does anyone think something like that could load down a small engine like this at highway speeds, hills etc. |

or turn over about 47.5 revolutions then stop when the marks line up....... i dont care. just continue untill the marks line up and stop. |
