does the fact that i have no headlights play into this problem??

Follow the negative battery cable from the battery over to where it bolts to the transmission. Undo it at the transmission and clean it and put it back good and tight.

I apologize, let rephrase that last comment. I tested all relays out of the relays socket. yes battery is good, the car is turning over fine, it just does not start.
Plug wires routed correctly?

Bad fuel pump?

Crappy gas?

Plugged fuel filter?

Bad injector? (Might want to pressure test the fuel line)

Does the fuel pump come on when you try to start the vehicle?

Why I asked about the headlights: If your battery terminals are corroded then the head lights might come on or they might not. If you have corroded terminals then the no start condition will be prevalent because there is enough juice to light up the head lights but not to start the engine.

Did it, sand them down, still no check engine light. no power to fuel pump or spark.

Your gonna have to start chasing wires. Have you checked wire continuity between main relay cavity 2 to a22? Have you checked for ground from cavity 2 at main relay thru ecm? Kind of hard for me to give instruction when you edit your post to say something differant. You tested relays unplugged from socket but did you or did you not have the power you said you had on the socket side of the relays? I would forget everything you have done and start over. I would start with turn the ignition switch on and check for voltage at the main relay socket on the blk/wht wire. Does it have voltage with switch on or not? The blk/wht wire feeds power to both the main relay and the check engine light. Start there.

yes, cavity 2 blu\blk to a22 on ecm connector c1 has continuity. Have you checked for ground from cavity 2 at main relay thru ecm? not sure i understand this, can you elaborate.

there is voltage on cavity 1 blk\wht wire.

ok, i just check cavity 2, blu\blk from relay to chasis ground and its has continuity

In first post you said no voltage at a2 and a16 at ecm from main relay. Probe wht/red at cavity 4 at main relay plug. Is voltage present?

that is correct there is no voltage, i just checked again.

i just checked ground on cavity 2 again, blu/blk and no there is no continuity. this is insane, 10 minutes ago it had it.

wht/red to chasis ground has 12.25 volts.

Unplug harness to ecm and check voltage at blu/blk cavity a22 on harness with switch on.

As for your headlamps, did they fail at the same time? Have they been working correctly?

ok, i checked the voltage on cavity a22, no voltage, but i decided to splice that cable right behind it so i can check the cable it self and there is voltage so it appears the connect may have expanded and it does make contact. while fix now and see what happens.

ok repaired the terminal open ecm and check connectivity from tlu\blk splice and the logic board and its good now. still no engine light or spark.

If wht/blu at a2 and a15 do not have voltage with switch on now and the grounds from the intake to the ecm harness are good, try another ecm.

Does the daytime running lamps come on with the emergency brake lever down and switch on?
