Saw that, still none of us ever suggests it. Normally we have to convince the masses that it's NOT the ECM.

If wht/blu at a2 and a15 do not have voltage with switch on now and the grounds from the intake to the ecm harness are good, try another ecm.

Does the daytime running lamps come on with the emergency brake lever down and switch on?
going to check a2 and a15 for voltage.

grounds are good,

daytime running lamps do not come on with emergency brake down and switch on. only the yellow markers come on, but not the headlights themself.

There are indeed times ecms have to be replaced. Not near as often as people think but they do have to be replaced at times. He has exhausted troubleshooting to the point the ecm is the last unknown source. Not like saying throw another ecm in it to start with.

The only thing I see in common between the main relay circuit and the headlamps is the ig fuse. You have already said you have voltage on the blk/wht wire. What is the voltage value at cavity 1 of main relay? with relay removed?

no power on a2 / a15 when unplug, but when i plug it in, and test from inside the ecm then it has power. but when those a2 / a15 has power a22 looses power.

I just ran another test with and see that when the ecm is plug in and the switch is turned on cavity 2 on the relay drops to 0.85 volts, i had someone unplug the ecm while reading voltage on cavity 2 blu/blk at the relay and the minute it was unplugged the voltage jumped to 13.4.

The voltage at a22 should be between .4-1.0 volts.

13.56 with the switch on, no voltage with the switch off

Of course on the ground side the circuits have the battery cables and connections in common to provide ground to both headlamps and main relay. Of course you have already been there.

This makes no sense. it takes power at a22 to have power at a2/a15

a22 will be low voltage.

Also if a2 and a15 are getting power then your fuel pump should be getting power as well.

Just throwing in a couple of thoughts, I agree the ECM is potentially where the issue is. I have a spare but you are a long way away. The only other possibilities that come to mind is either a wire didn't get hooked back up or hooked up incorrectly somewhere, A wire got pinched and shorted when putting things back together, or there is a random short that is unrelated to the things that have been done, but possibly got bumped. If anyone can get you there BR is the man.

And oddly enough the Check Engine light, the Fuel Pump relay, the ignition coil, etc. also get power from the Ig fuse, and you have reported no spark, no Check Engine light, no Fuel Pump... Are all the other indicators on the instrument panel illuminated?

That's just a .02 observation and I'll stay out your way now. Good luck!
