i have worked on many of them and they are horrible to work on. battery is in front of the driver rear wheel. horrible location to get to. the floors are made of abs plastic. cheaply make parts for somethings. its amazing. door shock is like a couple hundred to replace. not much to a lambo owner though.....at least he got the cool color

Man... I feel so sorry for that guy... His life must be Hell!

The only thing that would have made the video SWEETER would have been if he was jumping off his Lambo with his 1989 GEO METRO 3/5!

THAT would have been awesome!

One of my buddies dads had an old, rickety rust bucket Thunderbird from the early 70's.. That thing was a total rotted out POS.... Interior shot... dead 8-track... holes everywhere... Smoke that made the Rollin' Coal dudes look like prius drivers..... It had a zillion miles on it...

BUT... That thing had towed EVERY SINGLE other one of his cars AND my buddy's cars and MY cars up to that point home.....

He would always laugh at us.... "You gotta get a RELIABLE car you know!"....

If he had a Lambo... He would have towed it home with that rickety old POS T-bird too....

Boo hoo!! I feel sooo sorry for this poor guy!! :pee If it's such a trial for him to jump his Lambo with his Caddy, I'm sure he could find someone on CL willing to swap him a reliable car with doors that are hinged in the front and swing out and seat belts mounted on the B column.

Hey, that sounds like my Metro! I've even got a sunroof, and I'll bet he doesn't!! I could be convinced to trade him straight across ... :D :D :D

(My students would absolutely love to see that car on the dyno!!!)

I do feel bad for the guy. Sure, it's a quarter million dollar car and I shouldn't feel bad for someone with all the money in the world. But think about it. He went out, with his money he earned, and bought something he considered top shelf. Then it was nothing but minor let downs on a regular basis. I'm sure we've all been there. That toy as a kid you wanted more than anything. And when you got it, it was nothing but crap. Lambos, same thing.

I'd still swap seats with him in a heart beat.

If he had done a bit of basic research he would have discovered the reliability problems much cheaper than he did. With a Lambo, you aren't buying one of the best cars on the road. You're buying image!

I am shocking myself by saying I feel a little bad for the guy too- like microscopic bad but genuinely a twinge. He is obviously a young guy. He did spend a lot of money and I think he is giving a very accurate assessment of what he has. He is young. He has learned something.
I'll bet you could have an honest discussion with him about our Metros and he would be interested- unlike probably most people who own Lambos.
I like the guy.
I have no one in MY world to show me what a piece of junk the Lambo is. Thank you, poor rich guy with a junker Lambo. I didn't think I could love my Metro MORE but hey, there it is- that warm little Metro feeling.

What do you mean? It is an actual Lambo. Do you mean the guy doesn't own it and didn't notice these problems? I'm really not following

He is being sarcastic, to some extent.

Oh, sure, I got that. I know he was exagerrating and putting on a bit of a performance. I still thought the points were semi-valid though and not many people who spent that much on an image would be willing to point those things out. That is why I kinda liked the guy.
But yeah, it is a bit of spoof.
