My 2000 CHevy 1.0l runs great at idle but bogs down as I excelerate. Any ideas of what may be the problem. I have changed cap plugs and rotor :x

I would start with a compression test of the cylinders to see what the health of the engine is and post the results here.

Welcome to the party. Might want to start with a compression test. I would also make sure the cat isn't plugged.

Don't be a "Richard"

When you are done with the compression check, post results here, and then try a fuel pressure test.
Post the results from that also.

Someone in Santa Barbara with a geo metro? Just kidding. Is your check engine light on? How many miles on your car? Most 2000 models still seem to be chugging along pretty fair. Bad tps can cause such problems.

Ok Gentlemen. Thanks for the input as I will provide the results for both suggestions. Big Rhino, Most of us in SB are poor and can only drive cars such as Metro's since the cost of living is so Foookin high!
