I'm not really sure what this connection is for, it comes out of the passenger fender. Can anyone of you guys help me out?

...that hooks up to the earthquake prevention device; only equipped on Metros in Napa Valley...

Nice, if I would of had it working alot of damaged would of been prevented :P. the main reason I am asking is because i just purchased this blue metro, and that cable is attached so toms vacuum line which is missing a few wires and hoses (donno how to fix that) but for smog purposes i'll just remove it, no questions asked :)

also a friend of mine is giving me his motor and tranny for 200 with accessories. engine rebuilt over 7k tranny i think is at 130k. I dont really need it but do you guys think its worth it? main reason i ask is becuase i'm a college student and buying it would make things tight on budget but if its worth it i'll get it.
