So...it rained until 1400 today, but I was out there under the canopy.
First off, I removed the rubber bumpers and replaced all the hardware with these:

I replaced what I had on the sides with stainless steel:

By tucking the material correctly above the windows, I eliminated the gaps.

I did not have the front of the top latch down while I was redoing the rear. After I readjusted the tension strap, it
closed just fine. Tomorrow is supposed to be sunny, I'll let it sit under the canopy.

Before I will allow it to sit outside without a cover, I need to track down a set of rear seals for the windows.

Even after that, I would prefer to carry a car cover in the truck and keep it covered if it sits for a long time (like at work, if I don't drive it for a few days or if it is going to snow/rain).

I fixed / adjusted the driver's door and it closes a lot easier. Before I try to get it inspected & registered I still need to:
Oil & Filter change
Replace plugs & set timing.
Visual inspection of the brakes (maybe replace 'em)
AC belt was removed, but I ain't worrying about that until April 2015

Should be driving it by the first week of October.
