Turbo Firefly ran BK6ERS and the Turbo Sprint ran the BK5ERS.

So what is the general consensus do I keep this the way it is and just fix the exhaust leak. Or keep the manifold and unpack the Platinum. Keep in mind the emissions where I live is nonexistent and I do not have to pass any emissions tests. So it's no big deal I do not ever plan on selling the car without the bar knowing about the cat. I also removed the regular cat that is under the car. Before this other problem arose. And noticed a good difference in hill climbing, and MPG.

I would keep the cat.

With my '98 when I removed my cat, I lost more than a few MPG, and the ECM wouldn't go into closed loop.

There's also the issue of emissions. While there are no tests where you are, but the planet is a closed system and a cat does cut the poisonous gasses coming out the tail pipe many times over.
