Helping girlfriend with Suzuki Reno timing belt change; Want to get everything on hand.

What a POS? This car was trash from the get go. It killed the Suzuki brand in the US and this one didn't make it past 86,000 miles and wasn't even paid for. The thing was junk.

I don't think my GF quite understood why I wanted to get rid of this thing ASAP. She thought I was rushing to replace it. I told her things could get really bad at any time and it needed to go.

Here is a WORST CASE example of what appears to be a failed head gasket or similar pressurizing the cooling system. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=i5TpVLK_bCI BOOM! Her coolant was full of exhaust and STUNK. You opened the cap and a loud HISS and STENCH came belching out! I had her buy all new hoses and a thermostat before making the fatal diagnosis and told her we needed to keep these around until the car was gone. I was hoping that if something blew, it would be a hose and not the radiator. These got returned in new condition for a full refund tonight.
