As the title states, i'm wondering if the rear throttle body studs that mount the TB to to intake are pressed in or screwed in? Whats the easiest way to remove them?? |

Pretty sure they screw in like the front exhaust bolts do. Double nut them and screw them out. |

You might want to give them a few taps with a nut on the threads to prevent damage to the threads. A bit of shock to a threaded stud breaks the set and helps the extraction. PB Blaster is my Friend

they screw in as previously mentioned. penetrating oil.....soak....heat.....vice grips as tight as possible. they are available at most any hardware store, in the section with the little drawers, m8x1.25 I believe. about $1 each. |

You need two nuts tightened against each other. Then use the wrench on the bottom one. Heat and liquid wrench may help get it out without damage. They have been together a long time. so take it easy.
