Factory Service Manual, Section 8A-31, Electrical Diagnosis, Instrument Cluster with Gages, Chart #1, 2, or 3 as appropriate to your specific failure mode.

1994 FSM, Section 8A-81

That is incredibly helpful, thank you!
You are very welcome Sir. :thumb

I highly recommend getting yourself a Factory Service Manual for your year. Considering the 95's reputation for being sort of an oddball in transition from the OBD to OBD II, electrical details like wiring colors may be different than what's in the forum's 94 FSM.

In the mean time if you do use the 1994 FSM, make sure you use the Upgraded EMissions information (where applicable) and ignore any data specific to the Standard Emissions.

Geo Metro Forum → The Garage → Factory Repair Manuals/Wiring Diagrams → 1994 library
Good luck :cheers

I haven't been able to get mechanics and especially automotive electricians to work on the electrical system because of that issue. I have a Haynes, but I have found that it isn't exactly helpful sometimes. Definitely gonna get that FSM.

More than "isn't exactly helpful," any aftermarket manual by their very nature are incomplete and most if not all of the real procedures have been altered, and there are faaaaaaaar more inaccuracies than the few in the FSM.

The bugger is, how do you know when it's incorrect unless you verify it against the FSM, in which case you could just use the real one... :hmm
