Just want some confirmation on center to center lower a arm bolt dimensions for a 2000 chevy metro.mine is measuring 27 1/2 inch.I read somewhere it's supposed to 27 inches? if so that explains the reason why my front passenger wheel sit back around an inch.

Getting ready to weld the passenger frame horn so I would like to be sure before I start.

If the car is tracking straight you can probably weld up the horns and have it aligned after. I have found its best to remove the struts and axles so you can get to all the bad areas. I used a frame brace from Turbine tech you check myself when I replace both horns. The issue is that will add $200.00 to the project

Everything is already removed im replacing the front wheel bearings both sides passenger side axle ,inner and outer tie rod ends passenger side and sway bar bushing passenger side.I want it straightened back to factory spec before I weld it.it is so much easier to do it when the metal is cut out then to do it when it's welded up.im not welding it till I know for sure.

Funny thing is passenger side is the only horn rusted.he other one isn't rusted anywhere on the outside I know because I poked it all over with a pointed pry bar to find weak spots and nothing ended up covering it back up with some por 15

I picked up a 96 hatchback which was hit on the left front corner. The previous owner took a jack and hooked it on the left frame horn hole and tried to jack the core support out :x . now I gotta try to pull it back out. Any idea where to get a copy of the page for frame dimensions for 1996. Yes I know I can buy a service manual. thanks

Hi Terry and Woody, I would like to try to get a copy of the page of frame specs, like another one I saw of the 89-94 metros. Woody could you please tell me the name and author of the service manual that has the frame spec page (point to point measurements) for the 95-01 metro?, I guess I will have to check all the local libraries, thanks

The author is General Motors, the standard factory manual has them. There's one on here somewhere.
