My wipers work, but it wont squirt water or even make a sound like its trying. The reservoir is topped off. Is it easy to replace the fluid pump? thanks

I never had to replace mine but I imagine it would be-it's also possible you have bad wiring or a problem in the switch-one way to check your pump is to run wires from each terminal on the pump to the positive and negative terminals of the battery and see if it runs-if it doesn't run the first time you touch the wires to the battery switch them to the other post in case you get it backwards-if it still doesn't run chances are the pump is bad-you can also check the wiring at the pump with an electrical tester-if the tester lights while an assistant pulls the switch you pump may be bad-if the tester doesn't light on one of the terminals while your assistant pulls the switch the problem probably isn't the pump

Get a big sewing needle and use it to make sure the ends of the "squirters" on the hood are clear. I've seen those clog up lots more often than the pump going south (although it has happened).
