So I got a tach cluster from a 97 metro 4/5 for sale, well I had someone pm me asking if it is plug and play with a 94 swift, anybody know if it is? I'm pretty sure it would be but I have very little experience with the 4 bangers. |

I pretty sure it will also. If they don't have a 4 cylinder then the tach will not read correctly. There is also a chance that the lights at the bottom of the cluster will not be in the same location. |

As I understand all swifts came with 4 cyl engines, so there shouldn't be a problem with the tach reading. I forgot that the warning lights at the bottom might be different. That is probably the only thing different, like with the 3 cyl clusters. The only other difference I know is the 98+ 4cly tach clusters are calibrated for DIS but that is no issue here. |

Shouldn't be any real problem then. |
