+46 Offset on 15''x6'' rims - '01 Swift - Will it fit?; Will these rims work on a 2001 swift?

I just picked up a set of 15x6 inch rims from a Hyundai Tiburon. They have an offset of 46. Will these fit on my '01 Swift? the car has stock suspension and I haven't bought tires for the rims yet. Thanks!

I believe that tiburons are 4x100 instead of 4x114

You will need a low profile tire to try and keep the overall tire diameter sort of close to the stock diameter to avoid clearance issues. Also, with a +46 offset, your Swift will look like a skateboard!!

Check the bolt circle, though, before you do anything! From the center of one hole to the center of the hole opposite should be 4.5" (114 mm). If it's 4", geo4thewin is right and you have something interesting to put in your next garage sale.

The rim size and offset should be fine, 195/50-15 would be the same diameter as stock, they are extremely wide for the weight of the car, fantastic in good weather, prone to hydroplane in the wet, treacherous in snow. 185/60-15 would be more reasonable and add a little gear ratio to your automatic, they'll throw off the speedometer/odometer though.

As has been mentioned, you need to check the bolt circle and the center hole diameter, that's what's going to determine if they fit.
