Probably too many laws, too much red tape to do that in north america.

Looks like fun. Doesn't look too dangerous, either. I assume they have removed the mower blade.

Sometimes I end up doing this unintentionally on my own property if I try to mow when it is too wet. :)

Yes, the entire mower deck appears to be missing on these mowers. For those who aren't familiar with riders, removing the deck is pretty simple. You pull 5-6 pins and the belt and the deck just slides out from under the mower. Sometimes I get high centered or hung on the deck while mowing in rough areas and raising the deck to its highest setting allows it to clear and then I can get unstuck pretty easy. Removing the deck completely would be even better for solving this issue.

Another issue that they must use cogged belts to get around is belt slip when wet. There is a low water crossing on my driveway. If I splash through it too fast on the rider, water gets up in the belt area and causes it to slip for a few seconds before it catches again. They OBVIOUSLY have some way to prevent this.

How about this Honda? 130mph top speed! You could get the yard done in no time if you didn't kill yourself first!

It seems this is the big thing in Europe for some reason.
