Ok, here's something different I'm throwing out there. I have a couple dogs. Those dogs used to like to roam over to the neighbors or wherever. Good neighbor & very responsible dog owner that I am, I got one of those invisible fences. It worked great, for a couple years, now it's broke. I think there's a break in the wire somewhere. Question is, how can I efficiently "test not guess" where the break is? The wire goes around most of my 5 acres, so I can't just buy $20 worth of wire & start all over. Gotta be some kinda tool or tester to quickly check this out. Ideas????

get an AM radio tune it to a static station and wait for the station to come in clearer, this will act as an antenna and let you know where the break is at. also try a clear radio station and see if it goes to static,BING problem found. redline |
